Aubergine Return Policy
At Aubergine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our unique embellished artworks and DIY Kits. If, for any reason, you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or missing components, we are here to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully for details on how to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Broken Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within two days from the date of delivery.

Missing Components: In the rare event that your purchase is missing essential components, please inform us within two days from the date of delivery.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to shopart.aubergine@gmail.com within two days from the date of delivery. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs of the damaged or broken product.

Assessment: Our team will review your request and the provided images to assess the issue. We may request additional information or images if necessary.

Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in it's original packaging.
You must initiate a return within 2 days of getting the product.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) will not be accepted for return.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
